Talk to a person.

That's the whole idea behind Octaleus — so it's how we work too. Tell us what you need and the team will come back to you.

What can we help with?

Something not working, a question about sessions, the wallet or per-minute time.

Questions about verification, discovering requests, earnings or withdrawals.

Institutions, studios, workshops and organisations who want to work with us.

Brand assets, product background or an interview with the Octaleus team.

Fill this in and it comes straight to our inbox. We'll reply to the email you give us.

We read everything that arrives and reply as quickly as we can.

Learning happens in the Octaleus app, not over email. Publish a request there and a verified Master can be with you live.
